You arrange the final finishes, bathroom fittings, kitchen, furniture and appliances to suit your preferences.

It includes a finished bathroom with sanitary fittings, electric underfloor heating, ventilation according to specification, electricity distribution, sockets, switches and indoor and outdoor lighting. You complete the furniture and appliances before moving in.
DetailsFinished interior with plasterboard walls and painting in agreed colors. Includes underfloor heating, heat recovery, finished bathroom, floors, ceilings, wiring and lighting.
