In the case of a modular house, the production of spatial parts takes place at the supplier. According to the agreement, the customer can participate in the preparation of the plot or the completion of the interior. The division of work needs to be determined before ordering.
Preparation of the project and land
First, select the model, verify its placement options and clarify access to the land. Discuss the necessary documents and conditions of use with the designer and the relevant authority. These steps must be followed by a production schedule.
Foundations and utility connections
The house needs foundations designed for its structure and site conditions. Pile foundations are one option. The design will determine the appropriate solution based on the ground conditions, loads and utility connections.
Water supply, drainage, electricity and other utilities must be prepared according to the design and the house’s connection points. Coordinate the work with the supplier so that all connections are compatible.
Transport and assembly
Transport, lifting and connecting modules must be carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions and assembly documentation. The access road, space for the crane, height obstacles and the readiness of the foundations are checked in advance.
Do-it-yourself interior finishing
The Basic option may suit customers who want to finish the interior themselves. Clarify the handover condition, remaining work, permitted modifications and their effect on the warranty. Use qualified specialists for electrical installations and other specialist work.

- Project, necessary documents and site preparation.

- Transport, crane and assembly.
- Surfaces, sanitary equipment, kitchen and furniture according to the variant.
- Completion of outdoor areas and a possible terrace.
Clear division of responsibility
